Squirrels

Squirrels are the first and youngest section in the Scouting family.

Sessions will be packed with outdoor activities, fun, games, badges, laughter and so much more to help the Squirrels learn Skills for Life.

​

Squirrels usually meet weekly to take part in a great programme that includes:

Games to develop skills

Stories to introduce or help explore the theme of different sessions

Repeat learning outcomes across multiple activities to embed learning without being repetitive

Totally adaptable to different learning abilities and ages.

They will also have the opportunity to take part in the fun and excitement of camps and sleepovers. It may be the first time they spend a night away from home so it’s a real adventure for them.
